Know absolutely nothing about the film and even less about the music. 'The Nile Song' rocks, though. |

A
triumph (and staple) of Stoner Rock. A true masterpiece in every sense of
the word. And if you play the first side while watching The Wizard of Oz, you begin to wonder if the myth is true. . . . . |

What
can you say? What needs to be said? This is the classic of classics, a depressing,
mesmerising, wonderfully terrifying album. The breakdown of the human psyche is never fun to witness, but like driving past a car wreck, you can't turn away. In this case, that's good. |

As
if The Wall wasn't enough . . . Roger
Waters REALLY took control of Floyd with this release and tried
to purge his soul of the painful memories of his father's death in World War II. An extremely depressing album, although sonically it is remarkable - almost a 3-D feel to it that Waters would perfect in one year on his debut solo album. |

A
Waters-less Floyd,
huh? Surprisingly a hit, but when is Floyd supposed to be commercial?
David Gilmour took his chance at running Floyd and it was never the same band again. |
