Prince was larger than life in the early 80s, and it's easy to see why. Great tunes, good production, and a
huge marketing tool in a major motion picture. Hence this soundtrack. Even though the movie sucked
immensely, the soundtrack rocked and people bought it in droves.

Psychedelic Pop may or may not have been Prince's forte. I think he was just getting way too much
exposure and what should have been a promising album left listeners disappointed.

Shucking his name and going with that idiotic symbol stuff, Prince released a fantastic album! Imagine
Funkadelic, Run DMC, Stevie Wonder, and Jimi Hendrix getting together and releasing an album.
Yeah . . . it's that good.

Ya like? Check these out!
